DROP-OFFs will only be accepted between 3pm-6pm Monday-Saturday.
If you need to drop-off earlier than 3pm, you will need to book the previous day as well.
PICK-UPs must be done between 8am-11am Monday-Saturday.
If you cannot pick up by 11am, you will need to book an additional day when making your reservation. If your pet(s) is not picked up by 11am and no kennels are available, your pet(s) will be moved to the outside play area so their kennel can be prepared for the next drop-off. There is shade and water in the play areas, but no shelter. Additionally, a fee of one night's rate based on the reservation will be added to your bill. If a kennel is available, we will simply extend your reservation by one day.
The time between pick-ups and drop-offs is needed for us to properly clean and prepare a kennel for the next pet(s). If you have an emergency need, feel free to give us a call and we'll certainly see what we can do.
There will be no dropping off or picking up of pets boarded with us on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. You are welcome to pick up or drop off before or after these days.
Use of our boarding facilities is governed by this Boarding Agreement, also referred to as the Pet Agreement. Your use of our website (registering a pet or creating/requesting a booking) and/or use of our boarding facilities constitutes your full agreement to the terms and conditions contained therein.
Dog Boarding Information

We have a set of indoor pens with outdoor runs and the kennel buildings are climate controlled. We provide your pet with a clean kennel, fresh food and water and loving attention to your pet’s needs. The pet owner will only have to provide any special needs such as a specific brand of food, medicines, etc. We check on the pets multiple times a day, we love on them like they were our own, and we even have a security camera in the kennel to keep an eye on things via Alexa or our phones.

- All pets MUST BE LEASHED or carried during drop-off and pick-up! Sorry, but we had a chicken killed.

- The dog buildings contain 10 pens that each have 16 sqft. of space inside with a comfy blanket, stainless steel food and water bowls and their own personal doggie door to a private outdoor run.
- There are also 4 pens that each have 8 sqft. of space inside with a comfortable blanket, stainless steel food and water bowls and their own personal doggie door to a private outdoor run.
- The structure is heated and cooled for your pet's comfort (ours too!).
- We provide fresh water and daily rations of a major brand pet food. The pet owner can provide their own food, bedding, treats, toys, medicines, etc if they wish. You will have a place to store these in.
- Sorry, we do not offer pet bathing or grooming services. We also do not offer pickup or delivery of pets.
- We cannot board any animals that show any aggression to humans or other animals and we cannot board any animals that snip or bite humans or other animals. And unfortunately, any dog that digs or is destructive will not be allowed to return.

Cat Boarding Information
We have a climate controlled cabin with 3 cat condos inside. We provide your pet with a clean cat condo, fresh food and water and loving attention to your pet's needs. The pet owner will only have to provide any special needs such as a specific brand of food, etc. We check on the pets multiple times a day, we love on them like they were our own, and we even have a security camera to keep an eye on things via Alexa or our phones.

- The cat cabin contains 4 condos each with ample space inside to climb and play, a comfy bed, toys, and stainless steel food and water bowls.
- The structure is heated and cooled for your pet's comfort (ours too!).
- We provide fresh water and daily rations of Purina brand pet food. The pet owner can provide their own food, bedding, treats, toys, etc if they wish.
- Sorry, we do not offer pet bathing or grooming services. We also do not offer pickup or delivery of pets.
- We cannot give medication to cats unless it is to be placed in their food or water. We cannot give them pills or shots of any kind.

Horse and Livestock Boarding Information
Livestock can be horses, goats, sheep, exotic animals, cows, etc. Sorry, pigs are not permitted within city limits. Daily and monthly rates for each class of animal will include access to a common pasture, access to shelter, fresh water, a little sweet feed and all you can eat hay or grass. The owner will provide any other food items they want their animal to have. Yes, you'll be able to come see your animal(s) any time during normal business hours.
